What you will do

  • Drive and develop workshop sales (additional sales) and maintain relationships with local and national customers.
  • Implement and maintain the franchise concept according to branch objectives.
  • Ensure workplace safety and health by complying with laws and regulations and eliminating work risks.
  • Lead teams using the I CARE leadership model; handle recruitment, onboarding, development, and terminations within area of responsibility.
  • Plan, manage, and allocate work across year/quarter/week/day; ensure staff receive the information needed to perform tasks.
  • Contribute to targets and budgets, monitor performance, and manage administrative operations (time sheets, inventory, invoicing).

Requirements

  • Ability to lead personnel with responsibility for safety, quality, environment, and work environment.
  • Experience managing targets and budgets and monitoring turnover and cost levels.
  • Competence in operational planning and prioritization for daily/weekly/quarterly/yearly execution.
  • Strong understanding of compliance with workplace laws and regulations and risk identification/mitigation.
  • Experience handling operational administration such as inventory control and invoicing.
