What you will do

• Oversee supply chain operations, including materials planning and production scheduling.
• Manage raw material acquisition costs and logistics periodicity.
• Implement strategies to reduce inventory levels, premium freight, and logistics chain costs.
• Ensure timely supply of non-JIS parts to internal and customer production sites.
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators such as DOH, cycle time, and obsolete materials.
• Lead and develop team members according to company management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 10–15 years of experience in supply chain management and logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics systems.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Puebla, Mexico.
