What you will do

  • Establish trusted-advisor relationships with assigned customers and promote retention and loyalty.
  • Understand customer business needs, goals, and testing challenges; create joint success plans to achieve outcomes.
  • Coach customers on how to use SeaLights to obtain business value.
  • Collaborate with SeaLights team members to develop strategic account and success plans.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (sales, product management, engineering) to translate business needs and product requirements into improved solutions.
  • Develop deep subject-matter expertise on SeaLights products.

Requirements

  • 5 years of progressive Customer Success or Account Management experience with complex accounts.
  • Able to report on a night shift schedule.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for assigned customer base.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, including project management, training, or coaching experience.
  • Ability to travel to customer locations occasionally.
  • Basic understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD concepts; general knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies; awareness of testing types and ability to interpret test results.
