What you will do

• Perform 7x24 two-shift duty to monitor data center network and server operations in real-time.
• Execute ITIL management processes, including incident response, logging, and preliminary troubleshooting.
• Conduct daily routine inspections and basic maintenance of network devices and servers.
• Collaborate with senior network engineers on O&M tasks such as device reboots and connectivity testing.
• Escalate complex alerts according to established operational protocols.

Requirements

• Must be able to work a 7x24 two-shift schedule.
• Experience in network and server monitoring, preferably in a data center environment.
• Familiarity with ITIL management processes and IT service management concepts.
• Strong sense of responsibility, diligence, and teamwork skills.
• English proficiency: Good reading and writing skills required for system interfaces and documentation.
