Senior Associate, Nexus, Global AML Team

What you will do

• Request and review AML documentation from investors in administered funds.
• Communicate with investors and clients to obtain outstanding documentation and resolve AML-related queries.
• Track complete and incomplete AML records and follow up according to escalation procedures.
• Maintain AML files and trackers in line with data policies.
• Clear, investigate, and verify potential matches against sanctions, adverse media, and PEP lists.
• Escalate complex queries and complaints and prepare investor files for review by Compliance senior management or the MLRO.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in AML or compliance.
• Experience reviewing investors for AML purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a diligent, methodical approach.
