What you will do

• Request and obtain appropriate AML documentation from investors in MUFG-administered funds.
• Communicate with investors and clients (verbal and written) to complete AML documentation on an ongoing basis.
• Maintain AML records and trackers, ensuring action is taken to complete incomplete records.
• Follow up on pending AML requests using MUFG compliance escalation and follow-up procedures.
• Screen investors and associated parties against sanctions lists, adverse media, and PEP association lists; clear, investigate, or verify potential matches.
• Prepare investor files for review by the Senior Manager, Compliance, or MLRO and handle complex queries and complaints per policy.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in an AML/compliance role.
• Experience reviewing investors for AML purposes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with clients, investors, and management.
• Strong attention to detail and a diligent, methodical approach to tasks.
