What you will do

• Perform independent compliance assurance reviews over FCC programs, including AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC/KYB, and transaction monitoring.
• Conduct regulatory gap analysis to assess current policies and operational practices against applicable laws.
• Plan and execute risk-based compliance audits, thematic reviews, and assurance testing across Razer Gold markets.
• Review and recommend enhancements to compliance policies, SOPs, and governance documentation.
• Prepare structured compliance assurance reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Promote a strong culture of compliance and support the development of training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Risk Management, Compliance, or Business.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FCC, compliance assurance, or regulatory compliance within fintech or financial services.
• Strong hands-on experience with AML/CFT/CPF, sanctions, KYC/KYB, and fraud-related controls.
• Proven experience conducting regulatory gap analysis and risk-based compliance assessments.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
