What you will do

• Assign and maintain CUSIP identifiers and associated data attributes for new municipal securities offerings.
• Collect and verify securities data from offering documents submitted by underwriters and financial advisors.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding CUSIP procedures and data requests via email and phone.
• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the CUSIP data service relied upon by global financial markets.
• Develop deep expertise in CUSIP issuance, asset classes, and specific data attributes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in securities data operations, preferably with municipal securities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Must be based in New York, NY and able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for client interaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage high-volume requests under daily deadlines.
