What you will do

• Design and deliver new functionality in collaboration with Development and Product Management teams.
• Perform deep dives into systemic and latent reliability issues to produce and roll out fixes.
• Drive standardization efforts across multiple disciplines and services organization-wide.
• Scope and create automation for the deployment, management, and visibility of cloud services.
• Balance sprint-based work with daily operations within an agile framework.
• Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation with 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Experience building fault-tolerant and scalable systems.
• Proficiency with database technologies including SQL Server, Postgres, and NoSQL.
• Expertise in Configuration Management and CI/CD tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, and Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience building and running production workloads in Azure.
• Strong scripting abilities in Python, Perl, Go, or JVM-based languages.
• Production experience managing Windows Infrastructure running IIS workloads.
• English: Fluent (C1) required
