Location: Must be based in or able to work from Austin, TX (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Construct and schedule automated processes and custom processing scripts for data migration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex client application, integration, and environment issues.
  • Manage multiple migration projects while prioritizing escalated cases.
  • Document and track production environment modifications following change control processes.
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Data Center Operations, QA, and Development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to security, availability, and privacy policies.

Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of related work.
  • Proficiency in MS SQL and Python.
  • Availability to work weekends and occasional late night or early morning hours.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and demanding project constraints.
