What you will do

• Support the Material Compliance team with regulatory and operational compliance tasks across the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate compliance requests and assist with material compliance declarations for internal and customer needs.
• Perform initial reviews of certificates and documentation to ensure regulatory completeness and data quality.
• Contribute to compliance software initiatives, including system testing and data preparation.
• Maintain compliance databases, substance inventories, and legal registers for chemical and product regulations.

Requirements

• Must be an enrolled student in engineering, natural sciences, environmental sciences, or a comparable field.
• Must be based in Berlin, Germany and able to work onsite at least 60% of the time.
• English and German: Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; Power BI knowledge is preferred.
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with personal drive.
