What you will do

  • Lead daily front desk operations and provide guidance to the team during shifts.
  • Coach, support, and motivate Front Office Hosts to deliver high-quality service.
  • Manage guest arrivals, requests, and administrative tasks including bookings and payments.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping and F&B departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell rooms and local experiences to guests.
  • Assist in onboarding new team members and fostering a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a front office supervisor or similar hospitality role.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, warm approach.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and maintain composure during busy periods.
  • Proficiency with modern hotel management systems.
