What you will do

• Execute project assignments including data structuring, benchmarking, and process mapping.
• Conduct client interviews and facilitate workshops to drive transformation initiatives.
• Develop functional specifications and synthesize analytical findings into actionable conclusions.
• Take on team leadership responsibilities by coaching new hires and junior consultants.
• Contribute to knowledge creation, publications, and seminars within the business unit.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results in the transport, manufacturing, and retail sectors.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering, Management, or Civil Engineering.
• 2 to 6 years of relevant consulting experience in Transport, Manufacturing, or Retail.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English is required.
• Must possess a valid work permit for Belgium.
• Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative team-playing skills.
• Autonomous, dynamic, and result-oriented mindset.
