Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in journalism or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of five years of experience in journalism with a track record of ambitious storytelling.
• Exceptional news judgment and ability to set an editorial agenda.
• Strong editing skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to manage team performance.
• Ability to adapt to new technology and analyze data to inform coverage decisions.
