Location: Must be based in Prelouc, Czech Republic (Onsite role with up to 60% travel within Europe).

What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for OPEX cultural transformation within operations.
• Implement and coach a visual tiered Daily Management system to track and resolve abnormalities.
• Partner with leadership to manage improvement calendars and unify production systems.
• Design and track KPIs across enterprise, function, and site levels to address performance gaps.
• Identify and deploy process improvements and technology upgrades, including AI applications.
• Promote value stream thinking to build and sustain high-performing teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field.
• 10+ years of process improvement experience, including 5+ years coaching shop floor transformation teams.
• Deep knowledge of and hands-on experience implementing TPS-based operating systems using Lean-OPEX tools.
• Proven ability to work independently across multiple countries and cultures.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on driving measurable business results.
• Ability to travel up to 60% within Europe.
