Senior Director, NGS Operations Excellence (Manufacturing)

Location: Prelouc, Czech Republic; travel to hirify.global locations up to 60% in Europe, with occasional global travel.

What you will do

• Develop and lead the OPEX cultural transformation strategy across operations.
• Build and manage an improvement and training calendar for production teams and processes.
• Design, implement, and coach tiered Daily Management, visual problem solving, and abnormality resolution.
• Deploy enterprise, function, regional, and site KPIs, coaching leaders to address performance gaps.
• Lead process improvements, technology upgrades, best-practice deployments, and relevant AI applications.
• Develop high-performing teams through value-stream thinking, skill mastery, benchmarking, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of process improvement experience, including 5 or more years coaching and leading shop-floor transformation teams.
• Deep knowledge of TPS-based operating systems and hands-on experience implementing Lean-OPEX tools.
• Experience directly managing manufacturing or supply chain functions in a complex manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, communication, motivation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently across multiple countries and cultures and to travel extensively in Europe.
