What you will do

• Perform application security assessments across software products, cloud services, and supporting infrastructure.
• Provide security input to threat models, identifying risks, mitigations, and residual risks.
• Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end penetration testing activities, including scoping and remediation tracking.
• Support the preparation of cybersecurity documentation for regulatory submissions, such as FDA 510(k) filings.
• Apply NIST-based cybersecurity frameworks to application, infrastructure, and product security efforts.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure security requirements are addressed.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity with a focus on application, penetration, or infrastructure security.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, specifically medical devices or healthcare technology.
• Demonstrated expertise working with NIST cybersecurity standards and frameworks.
• Experience contributing to FDA regulatory submissions, including 510(k) documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
