What you will do
- Organize firm-level strategic campaigns with Global Client Group, Investment Services, Research, and Corporate Communications to support growth initiatives.
- Design campaign strategy and messaging for clients, prospects, and investors.
- Coordinate channel content across the My Dimensional client site, emails, and LinkedIn promotions to align with campaign strategy and key initiatives.
- Use campaign analytics to evaluate which activities move prospects through the funnel and improve future messaging.
- Partner with creative and project management to develop integrated marketing campaign content.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance for campaign content review and audience segmentation as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing or sales experience in the financial services industry, including work with senior executives in a global business environment.
- Proven ability to manage campaign development from ideation through execution across multiple channels.
- Experience implementing multichannel sales and marketing strategies through intermediary distribution channels (broker dealer, RIAs, enterprise, independent advisors).
- Thorough knowledge of rules for coordinating marketing initiatives with wire houses and broker dealers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze metrics and present insights clearly; bachelor’s degree in finance, communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
