What you will do

• Design and develop systems, rules, and content for new and existing game lines.
• Lead internal and external playtesting, analyzing feedback to improve balance and accessibility.
• Provide detailed documentation to art, graphic design, and sculpting departments.
• Manage project progress and communicate updates across cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with freelancers and licensors to ensure quality and vision alignment.
• Create final, print-ready product layouts using Adobe InDesign.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional game design experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in the hobby tabletop games industry.
• Must have the right to work in Germany, France, Denmark, Belgium, or Italy.
• Expert understanding of current hobby market trends and game design theory.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
