What you will do

• Own the full design of enemy AI from concept to final in-game implementation.
• Create balanced enemy ecosystems ensuring all enemies work well together.
• Collaborate with programmers, animators, and level designers to ensure technical feasibility and gameplay fit.
• Define and improve tools, systems, and workflows for fast prototyping of enemy ideas.
• Test, balance, and polish enemy AI to meet high gameplay and quality standards.
• Provide and receive feedback to improve design work and pipelines.

Requirements

• Must be willing to relocate to Frankfurt, Germany.
• 5+ years experience in Game or Technical Design with strong implementation skills.
• Good understanding of visual scripting and/or programming languages.
• Experience designing AI and working with Behavior Trees.
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills.
• Mindset of learning, openness, and clear communication.
