• Manage responsive delivery models, including reactive repairs, voids, and disrepair contracts.
• Oversee direct labour and supply chain models to ensure operational efficiency.
• Negotiate work packages with subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Integrate commercial and operational workflows to provide best value to clients.
• Drive team performance and ensure high standards of client engagement.
• Maintain rigorous health and safety awareness across all project sites.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience working for a maintenance or main contractor.
• Valid driving licence required.
• SMSTS qualification.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to drive team performance.
• Competent use of Microsoft Project and Excel trackers.
• Strong data interrogation and client engagement skills.
• DBS check required.
