Junior DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Implement and manage software lifecycle flows using Kubernetes and IaC solutions.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins.
• Integrate quality gates into delivery flows using Selenium, JMeter, and Cypress.
• Automate complex operational tasks to improve developer productivity and system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage cloud-native environments including container orchestration and serverless patterns.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience in DevOps delivering modern CI/CD solutions.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, container orchestration (Kubernetes), and serverless patterns.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and distributed systems.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within an engineering team.

Nice to have

• Experience in highly regulated environments or with strict security compliance.
• Hands-on experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of Internal Developer Platforms and observability tools like Prometheus or Grafana.
• Relevant industry certifications.
