Junior DevOps Engineer

What you will do

• Implement software lifecycle architecture using Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, and CI/CD tools.
• Build and maintain reliable, scalable, and performant pipeline stacks with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins.
• Integrate quality gates and testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and Cypress into delivery workflows.
• Automate complex operational tasks and support cloud-native environments based on Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless solutions.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to improve delivery workflows and address technical pain points.
• Measure and publish key metrics related to developer productivity and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of experience delivering modern CI/CD solutions in DevOps Engineer roles.
• Experience designing or building software platforms or distributed systems at scale.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, container orchestration, or serverless patterns such as Kubernetes, AWS Lambda, Azure Functions, or Cloud App Engine.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools and practices, including Ansible, Terraform, Crossplane, or OpenTofu, and experience managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluent English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Git, RESTful APIs, content management systems, and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• More than 4 years of experience in IT as a developer, architect, or systems administrator.
• Experience with regulated environments, security and compliance requirements, public clouds, or relevant certifications.
• Hands-on experience with GitOps and E2E orchestration in Kubernetes environments.
• Knowledge of Internal Developer Platforms.
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, OpenTelemetry, or Jaeger, and automation tools such as Ansible or Puppet.
