What you will do

• Lead transition of legacy/manual deployments to fully automated CI/CD pipelines across Dev, QA, and Production environments.
• Own CI/CD for hirify.global AWS footprint and maintain evolving pipelines for deployment and operations.
• Create and maintain cloud resources using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) while ensuring stability across environments.
• Develop strategies with cross-functional teams to increase throughput via automation and flexible processes.
• Design continuous deployment solutions for higher availability, manage operational costs, and perform capacity planning.
• Enforce security policies, diagnose issues, support SDLC, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or equivalent (M.S. preferred)
• 8+ years driving CI/CD for cloud deployments (AWS proficiency)
• 8+ years in 24x7x365 global SaaS/PaaS operations
• 8+ years with virtualization and Docker containers
• Proficiency with scripting languages (PowerShell, batch, bash, Python)
• Proficiency in CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Helm, Spinnaker, Jenkins), IaC (Terraform), AWS services, databases, monitoring tools
