What you will do

• Acquire, develop, and publish digital content for clinical and educational use cases across multiple platforms and devices.
• Manage author/SME/institution relationships, recruit specialists, and negotiate contracts and publishing proposals.
• Coordinate content strategy with Clinical Solutions and Education business units, product, sales, marketing, operations, and UX.
• Lead or contribute to global content projects (discovery, launches, best-practice sharing) and adapt strategy to growth objectives.
• Run market research to identify user needs and monitor trends and new business opportunities based on actionable content.
• Ensure content delivery reporting locally and globally, maintain content budgets and cost control, and support user/customer/product testing initiatives.

Requirements

• Higher university education in Health Sciences (Nursing or Medicine), Languages, or Communication (e.g., linguistics, translation, modern languages, humanities, philology, journalism).
• Experience in clinical practice.
• Experience in projects for acquiring, developing, and managing digital content related to health sciences.
• Experience creating, managing, or contributing to a network of senior and junior clinical SMEs across specialties.
• Familiarity with evidence-based clinical practice and critical literature appraisal.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish (interviewed in Spanish) and English (interviewed in English).

Nice to have

• Postgraduate studies in project management, applied AI to content, healthcare specialization, scientific communication, publishing, market research, or UX/UI research.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and markup languages such as XML and HTML at a user level.
• Familiarity with knowledge representation (e.g., healthcare taxonomies, large language models) and experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research / UX.
• Portuguese as a second language.
