What you will do

• Design and implement flexible, scalable software solutions for mission-critical applications.
• Manage the full development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and visualization of complex geospatial-temporal datasets.
• Develop analytics and derivative data products to support user knowledge extraction.
• Collaborate directly with IC/DoD users to understand mission needs and propose technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues in a cloud-based environment.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active TS/SCI security clearance.
• Must be able to work full-time onsite in Springfield, VA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in custom software development using Java, Python, or C++.
• Proficiency with Linux, cloud architectures (AWS/C2S), and NoSQL databases (Elastic, MongoDB).
• Experience with development tools including Git, Eclipse, and Maven.

Nice to have

• Experience with DevSecOps and Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of GIS and geospatial data processing techniques.
• Familiarity with open-source resources in government computing environments.
