Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify and capture relative value investment opportunities in the passthrough space.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers to generate investment ideas through detailed mortgage prepayment research.
• Develop mathematical models to systematically capture trading opportunities.
• Utilize quantitative analysis and technology to streamline existing processes and develop new tools.
• Analyze mortgage origination, servicing, prepayments, credit, and secondary markets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a quantitative discipline.
• Strong programming and database skills including Python, SQL, and VBA.
• Ability to take independent initiative as a subject matter expert.
• Precise and clear communication skills.
• Conscientiousness and high attention to detail.
• Must be able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
