What you will do

• Represent the company on-site as the primary leader and point of contact for events.
• Manage event setup, check-in processes, and tear-down operations.
• Facilitate group dynamics and ensure a high-quality experience for corporate partners.
• Problem-solve logistical issues such as missing supplies or technology challenges in real-time.
• Coordinate with nonprofit partners, venues, and corporate clients to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle post-event tasks including cleaning, repacking, and shipping event materials.

Requirements

• Must be based in Lisbon, Portugal
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
• Experience in managing complex, large-scale and intimate executive-level events.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Physical ability to lift, slide, and carry up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Resourcefulness and ability to problem-solve under pressure in ambiguous situations.
