Product Owner (SAP ERP)

Location: Must be based in Slovakia (Hybrid/Remote within Slovakia only).

Salary: From €1,600/month (negotiable based on experience).

What you will do

• Define and manage collaboration with cross-functional Business Owners for SAP ERP functional demands.
• Design global E2E billing processes and derive suitable SAP ERP solutions.
• Define annual product roadmaps and prioritize demands using WSJF for quarterly planning.
• Track fulfillment of prioritized business demands and support testing/QA activities.
• Create transparency for stakeholders regarding status and risks of measures.
• Prepare insightful presentations and recommendations for steering committees.

Requirements

• Must be based in Slovakia due to taxation regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or IT Management (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or transformation roles.
• Strong expertise in SAP billing processes (SD Billing, FI-AR) and SAP ECC/S4HANA.
• Proven experience in global process standardization and international rollouts.
• Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
