What you will do

• Design and implement pragmatic identity security solutions including IGA, MFA/SSO, and PAM.
• Act as a trusted advisor to client leadership, aligning security initiatives with business goals and risk appetite.
• Identify and drive cross-sell/upsell opportunities across the hirify.global portfolio to meet quarterly and annual objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
• Evangelize technology vision and security best practices at industry events and through thought leadership.
• Maintain deep technical knowledge of partner solutions like SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, and others.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in information security, specifically in consulting, architecture, or engineering roles.
• Deep expertise in Identity Governance, Digital Access Management, and Privileged Access Management.
• Strong business acumen with a proven track record of leading technology-focused sales discussions and presentations.
• Professional cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, GIAC, CISA, CISM, or CCSP.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex security strategies to senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
