What you will do

• Facilitate technical implementations of the Calypso solution, including interfaces and component setup.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable implementation steps for the cloud operations team.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to plan and execute technical cloud integrations.
• Investigate and reproduce bugs, document client scenarios, and support development teams.
• Collaborate across platform, operations, and evolution teams to resolve issues and improve automation.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico City and able to work hybrid (3 days/week in-office).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or IT.
• 6–9 years of experience in IT projects within the capital markets industry.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies, Java, Kubernetes, and scripting (Linux shell, Python).
• At least 2 years of experience with Calypso.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and ITIL practices.

• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated industries.
