What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on implementing NEC Housing modules, specifically Allocations and Housing Advice.
• Deliver engaging training sessions to customers and internal teams, both remotely and on-site.
• Configure and build system solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive training courses, user guides, and solution design manuals.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure high satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Stay current with social housing management developments to enhance consultancy services.

Requirements

• Must have pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK.
• In-depth expertise in Allocations and Homelessness processes using Housing Management Software.
• Proven experience in implementing Housing Management Systems with strong configuration skills.
• Ability to deliver high-quality training and consultancy to diverse audiences.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for simplifying complex concepts.
• Proficiency in creating technical training materials and solution documentation.
