Salary: $110,600 – $152,000 CAD

What you will do
- Design and implement C/C++ embedded software for pre-silicon verification of Ethernet networking features.
- Contribute to the development of breakthrough networking IP for next-generation SoCs.
- Perform trade-off analysis on performance and complexity to ensure optimal design.
- Collaborate with IP design and verification teams to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in design methodologies and solve complex technical challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering, or Computer Science.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software design and implementation.
- Thorough knowledge and expertise in C/C++ development.
- Solid understanding of embedded software development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to parse and write technical documentation effectively.
Nice to have
- Understanding of computer architecture and digital logic design.
- Knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP protocols.
- Experience with networking products such as routers, bridges, and switches.
- Practical experience with FPGA development.
