TL;DR
Product Support Specialist-UK (Cybersecurity): Providing first-line technical support for cybersecurity products, guiding customers through troubleshooting, escalating incidents, and resolving partner inquiries with an accent on Windows and macOS support, antivirus configuration, and customer communication. Focus on diagnosing system and application issues, working with GPO, RMM, and SCCM tools, and improving support documentation while maintaining fast, high-quality resolutions.
Location: Remote, United Kingdom
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 base per year, plus bonus and equity

What you will do
- Provide initial technical support to partners and communicate clear resolutions to customers.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and problem-solving processes.
- Assess customer issues, escalate incidents appropriately, and follow cases through to resolution.
- Deliver responsive, customer-focused service and help maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Recommend improvements to internal and customer-facing documentation.
- Build expertise in products, internal procedures, and customer environments.
Requirements
- Practical experience supporting Microsoft Windows, including services, the registry, and common system and application issues.
- Practical experience supporting macOS, including directory structures, services, and common system and application issues.
- Experience configuring antivirus products and troubleshooting conflicts with specialty software.
- Familiarity with system configuration and management tools such as GPO, RMMs, and SCCM.
- Strong systematic problem-solving, customer service, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
- Must be located in the United Kingdom for this remote role.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Terminal and Bash.
- Experience with ProcMon and Process Explorer.
- Experience scripting GPO, RMM, or SCCM tools.
