What you will do

• Independently set up new products on etail platforms, ensuring accuracy of attributes, images, and descriptions.
• Manage the end-to-end process of publishing updated content and product variations to live pages.
• Identify and resolve listing discrepancies, errors, and compliance issues to maintain high listing quality.
• Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends, pricing patterns, and content gaps.
• Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations to improve search rankings and customer experience.
• Support cross-functional ecommerce initiatives, including Brand Store management and Amazon Live execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Irvine, CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field.
• Recent graduate or early-career professional with 0–2 years of experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail regarding content accuracy and data integrity.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Amazon or Walmart.com.
• Experience with AI tools (Copilot, Claude) for SEO, AEO, and GEO.
• Knowledge of ecommerce analytics tools such as Helium 10 or Stackline.
