What you will do

• Own end-to-end execution and quality of client data migration efforts, including resource staffing and project budgets.
• Serve as a senior point of escalation for complex or at-risk projects, providing governance and expert steering.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of data engineers and consultants, supporting their technical growth and career development.
• Define and improve technical delivery methodologies for data migrations within the DealCloud Services team.
• Establish strong cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product, and Account Management teams.
• Contribute to the development of the hirify.global Data Tools product suite and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data migration, or technical delivery roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, client-facing technical projects and managing engineering teams.
• Strong proficiency in ETL pipelines, Python, and SQL (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tooling.
• Deep understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and enterprise data governance.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
