What you will do

• Apply advanced data science techniques to analyze product usage patterns and identify growth opportunities.
• Define and report key success metrics to enable executive-level decision-making.
• Synthesize insights across product areas to identify causal relationships driving business outcomes.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to shape product development and measurement strategies.
• Serve as a domain expert, guiding best practices and advancing data science methodologies.
• Champion evidence-based decision-making to ensure data insights are scalable and accessible.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science or quantitative analysis, preferably in enterprise software.
• Expertise in at least one programming language for data science such as Python or R.
• Experience working with large-scale data technologies like Spark, Presto, Hive, or Hadoop.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical results into actionable insights.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and influencing strategic decisions.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable, efficient advanced data models.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree (MS, PhD) in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or Engineering.
• Expertise in Apache Airflow.
