Cybersecurity Engineer

TL;DR

Cybersecurity Engineer: Safeguarding client systems from cyber threats by troubleshooting security issues, responding to incidents, and deploying security tools with an accent on network security, encryption, firewalls, intrusion detection, and vulnerability mitigation. What you will do

• Design and develop secure solutions for complex application problems.
• Collaborate with architects on system security design and hardening controls.
• Deploy and use security tools to identify and resolve issues across systems and applications.
• Implement CIS benchmark hardening controls to reduce attack surface.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate vulnerabilities in infrastructure components and applications.
• Support DevSecOps processes and perform security engineering reviews of code and IT configuration, including troubleshooting PKI issues.

Requirements

• Knowledge and experience with DAST, SAST, and penetration testing tools/methodologies.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline tools such as Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub, and Artifactory.
• Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of PKI.
• Knowledge of OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Experience with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) and fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French and/or Dutch.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science.
