Spanish Audio Specialist – AI Trainer

What you will do

• Create and execute role-play evaluation scenarios for flight bookings, travel support, financial services, telecommunications, and technical support.
• Help develop diverse datasets for assessing conversational audio agents.
• Evaluate model performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics.
• Assess task completion accuracy, efficiency, conversational naturalness, audio comprehension, response quality, instruction adherence, and contextual understanding.
• Ensure evaluations reflect customer expectations for clarity, efficiency, and natural conversational flow.
• Communicate technical problem-solving clearly in support-style scenarios.

Requirements

• Spanish fluency across reading, listening, writing, and speaking is required.
• Strong fluency in English and strong verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer programming literacy, including JSON structures, functions, methods, structured data, and simple logic.
• Comfort working with structured prompts, evaluation rubrics, and technical guidelines.
• Access to a high-quality microphone and a device capable of running audio recording software and opening large technical documentation.
