What you will do

• Create and execute role-play evaluation scenarios simulating customer service interactions in travel, finance, and telecom domains.
• Develop diverse and representative datasets used to benchmark conversational audio agents.
• Evaluate model performance using qualitative and quantitative metrics, focusing on tone, flow, and coherence.
• Ensure audio outputs meet real customer expectations for clarity and efficiency.
• Apply basic programming logic to reason about structured data and JSON outputs.

Requirements

• Spanish proficiency including fluency in reading, listening, writing, and speaking.
• Strong fluency in English.
• Basic computer programming literacy, including understanding of JSON structures, functions, and methods.
• Possession of a high-quality microphone and a secure computer with high-speed internet.
• Experience or comfort with verbal communication in a simulated customer support context.
