Conversation Reviewer (AI)

Location: Remote; work from anywhere

Salary: $10–20 per hour

hirify.global develops Ash, an AI mental health assistant designed to make support more accessible.

What you will do

• Review conversations between users and Ash.
• Identify what works and what does not work in each conversation.
• Compare observations with a small group of reviewers.
• Help define what an effective Ash conversation looks like.

Requirements

• Experience working with people in areas such as teaching, coaching, counselling, mentoring, customer support, or hospitality, or academic study in psychology or education.
• Strong interpersonal awareness and the ability to notice when someone is struggling.
• Flexible, warm, honest, confident, and attuned to other people.
• Clear written English and an interest in analysing why communication works or does not work.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
