What you will do

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable AI solutions aligned with modern engineering best practices.
• Deliver high-quality code for data processing, modeling, and deployment pipelines.
• Implement and maintain robust MLOps workflows, including automated CI/CD, containerization, and model observability.
• Translate research outcomes into predictable production value within an Agile framework.
• Partner with technical and business stakeholders to translate business challenges into clear technical requirements.

Requirements

• Senior proficiency in Python with a strong commitment to software engineering best practices (Design Patterns, Unit Testing).
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML algorithms and mathematical foundations for high-precision R&D use cases.
• Hands-on experience with Azure ML SDK/CLI or Azure Databricks, including compute clusters and managed endpoints.
• Proficiency in Docker and building deployment pipelines via Azure DevOps or Gitlab.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain
• English: Full professional proficiency required

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
• Domain expertise in formulation, chemistry, or the Fragrance & Flavour industry.
• Proficiency in French.
