What you will do

• Administer the Xactly Incent platform, including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Translate complex compensation plan documents into accurate system logic and auditable outputs.
• Design and maintain system workflows for plan changes, exceptions, and adjustments.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual system setups, including user management and hierarchy updates.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Functional Requirement Documentation (FRD) for plan years.
• Collaborate with RevOps and GTM teams to streamline compensation processes and improve data integration.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 3-5 years of experience with the Xactly platform, specifically in system configuration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and managing complex datasets.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical system logic.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with Xactly CEA or Xactly Connect.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Xactly Certified Administrator certification.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
