What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients regarding global proxy voting enquiries via email and telephone.
- Manage high volumes of client communications while ensuring strict adherence to SLA deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues and ensure clear, timely communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global custodian and institutional partners.
- Prepare and deliver client reports and distribute event-specific proxy voting notifications.
- Support client onboarding, testing, and training sessions for new and existing users.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work from London, UK.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in client service or account management within financial services.
- Strong working knowledge of global proxy voting processes and operational workflows.
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of client enquiries with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional engagement with institutional clients.
- Proficiency in standard business tools for reporting and client service activities.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in proxy voting or closely related operational functions.
- Fluency in one or more European languages.
