What you will do
- Define and maintain the FP&A digital reporting and capability roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics solutions from requirements gathering to operational stabilization.
- Design and execute adoption strategies to ensure meaningful usage of new reporting tools and dashboards.
- Act as a finance-side interpreter between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions meet decision-making needs.
- Coach FP&A teams on data literacy and the use of self-service platforms.
- Lead and develop a team of data analysts and analytics experts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in FP&A, finance transformation, analytics, or finance technology.
- Proven experience leading teams and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of FP&A processes, management reporting, and planning cycles.
- Solid grasp of modern data stacks, cloud platforms, and self-service analytics tools.
- Must be based in or able to work from Amsterdam, Netherlands.
