What you will do

• Process end-to-end payroll for Serbia and other EMEA countries using Workday.
• Verify and reconcile payroll inputs including hours, bonuses, and deductions.
• Prepare payroll audits and resolve discrepancies or over/under payments.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate employee data management.
• Prepare GL postings and reconciliations for approval.
• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll matters with high confidentiality.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience processing payroll in EMEA countries, primarily Serbia.
• Proficiency in Workday and various payroll systems.
• Fluent professional level of English.
• Intermediate Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Finance, HR, or Business Administration preferred.
