What you will do

• Maintain and validate master data in SAP, including BOMs, routings, and inventory records.
• Review and challenge engineering changes to ensure alignment with manufacturing requirements.
• Define and validate routing rates for new assemblies to ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform inventory analysis and troubleshoot BOM inaccuracies to provide root cause solutions.
• Support cost accounting activities, including labor cost reporting and variance analysis.
• Provide data analysis and reporting to track metrics and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions and macros.
• Experience with SAP or the ability to quickly learn and become proficient.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand technical and engineering terminology.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across functional levels.
