What you will do

• Collaborate with IT and Data Privacy stakeholders to address customer security inquiries.
• Manage the lifecycle of customer security requests to ensure timely and accurate responses.
• Coordinate evidence collection and support activities for customer security audits.
• Develop and maintain a knowledge database of security controls across company products.
• Track and follow up on security risks identified during customer assessments.
• Generate status reports and drive improvements for the customer relationship process.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in information security standards including SOC1, SOC2, ISO 27001, and NIST 800-XX.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving and business discernment capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requests under tight deadlines in a multicultural environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with IT or Security audits.
• Practical experience using GRC management tools.
• Technical background in IT infrastructure or security.
