What you will do

• Enable cybersecurity governance activities by documenting policies, standards, and procedures.
• Ensure security documentation aligns with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to maintain documentation and support business strategy.
• Facilitate the execution of GRC team deliverables and cross-service collaboration.
• Utilize GRC tools to manage policy content and support internal and external audit readiness.
• Monitor and support GRC services regarding emerging and existing cybersecurity regulations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• 2-3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or related fields with a focus on technical writing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic technical environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC2, and FedRAMP.
• Familiarity with industry frameworks like NIST, ISO, and CIS.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or CRISC.
