What you will do

• Identify value-adding use cases and execute data/AI transformation roadmaps.
• Lead the development of bespoke AI solutions and data platforms from discovery to production.
• Facilitate collaboration between interdisciplinary delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Support the sales pipeline by contributing to consulting proposals and positioning meetings.
• Act as a thought leader by publishing content and speaking at professional events.
• Develop reusable assets, templates, and demonstrators to improve team effectiveness.

Requirements

• University degree in business or STEM.
• 5+ years of experience in Data/AI-related roles.
• At least 2 years of experience in a consulting firm advising external clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English (C1+).
• Strong consulting foundations including project management and workshop facilitation.
• Proven ability to lead interdisciplinary teams across multiple industries.
