What you will do

  • Create and maintain actionable account plans to identify new business opportunities and guide strategy.
  • Develop and execute sales strategy by understanding customer priorities, needs, and organizational structure.
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and executive stakeholders to position hirify.global as the preferred analytics platform.
  • Manage and grow a perpetual pipeline in collaboration with marketing, alliance partners, and channels.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the hirify.global platform and product portfolio to effectively articulate the value proposition.
  • Orchestrate a wide deal team (including Alliances, Sales Engineering, Value Engineering, and Customer Success) to progress opportunities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of enterprise software sales experience in a high-growth company.
  • 5+ years selling to and influencing C-level executives (including CFO, CIO, CSO, CDAO, and CDO) at Global 2000 companies on six-to-seven figure deals.
  • Strong selling and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience working across functions and geographies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Experience with value selling methodologies and incorporating Customer Success strategies to drive multiyear enterprise license partnerships.
