What you will do

• Concept, launch, and iterate on engagement features such as bonus engines, loyalty tiers, and tournament frameworks.
• Develop and execute a commercially driven product roadmap prioritized by high-impact features to expand market share.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify user needs and opportunities for innovation.
• Lead the product discovery process by refining the product vision and strategy using user feedback.
• Run high-velocity experimentation across major funnels, from player onboarding to loyalty programs.
• Collaborate across teams to maintain a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Experience working in iGaming, online casinos, sports betting, or closely related consumer sectors.
• Experience delivering products iteratively using modern methodologies (e.g., ShapeUp, Kanban, Scrum).
• Proven track record of improving key metrics such as revenue and active player retention.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to various audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
