Location: Must be based in London, UK. The team works from the office four days a week (Monday - Thursday).

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of consulting projects including thought leadership reports, strategy projects, and events.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through clear communication and project updates.
• Create comprehensive project plans and hold internal teams (consultants, editors, designers) accountable to timelines and budgets.
• Prepare and lead client calls regarding project delivery and status.
• Research new ideas, trends, and speakers to support consulting initiatives.
• Develop best-practice processes to support the scaling of the team across markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a project management or project delivery role.
• Proven track record in a B2B projects-based environment.
• Strong experience in building trusted relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
• Strong team player with a curious, self-starter mindset.

• Experience in delivering events and workshops.
• Experience in creating thought-leadership content, white papers, and reports.
