What you will do

• Drive cost reduction, price negotiations, and supplier selection for electronic components.
• Define commodity and supplier strategies while building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Negotiate Volume Purchase Agreements (VPAs) and logistics terms including lead times and buffer stocks.
• Implement early warning systems for material shortages and allocation risks.
• Collaborate with global R&D sites to ensure component availability for pre-release and series production.
• Manage supplier escalations and drive component rationalization efforts.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration with strong technical understanding.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in the Telecom, Networking, or Electronics industry.
• Deep understanding of the IC industry (FPGAs, ASSP, CPLDs).
• Business-fluent English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain reliability.
